after 5 days without hippo in singapore,
hippo is coming back!

okay,
its BAND CAMP,
the pure DAY CAMP.
sighs.
met evonne at yew tee at 8.
walked to school with sandwiches.
went up & saw pple playing cards again.
i help nobel won quite some HEARTS lah,
& anyways HEARTS was their chip.
after that settled down in the music room,
the ultimate audition started.
i was in the first ten,
cause it was gg in the order of the attendance list,
clarinet was second instrument in-line,
& i was 4th in clarinet lorh.
then lalala,
came my turn for the audition.
went to the chair outside AVA room,
greenia AKA yizhu AKA aloysius came and talk to me,
talk talk talk,
then tzeyu came out,
almost crying?
then i went in,
said good morning and the audition started larh.
asked about some of my particulars,
and sight read the ****** piece.
GERMAN LOVE SONG, by jacob de haan.
i want to *h** the composer lah.
& i just LALALA through the whole song lorh,
sure fail for sight reading.
then he asked about the musical terms,
some anyhow POM one larh.
then played Bb scale + chromatic scale 2 octave.
then went out.
stepped out of the music room,
started to cry alr.
cause like, i dunno?
just felt that i didn't do that good,
not as good as i expected i would do.
then started slacking in the music room,
played many songs.
GREASE, JERICHO, ABBA GOLD, PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN, MAKE A JOYFUL NOISE,
and a lot others.
& went for lunch,
came back watched the video,
was almost sleeping at the back,
then went for sectionals.

ya lah,
and sort of ended like this,
and had super much fun,
cause i tried something SUPER different.
