okay basically i'm just online to BLOG. cause, today is really an eventful day and i want to make it in my blog history. :D
had amazing race in the morning. together with aj people, so its like yj and aj together. and then they met at yishun mrt at 745, so i was supposed to meet weiliang, but apparently i didnt but only saw him at NTUC with pohsin and andy.
okay, to school. and then all the briefing and all the warm up. & yes, i love the group identity thing. cause ours is like just SO COOL. :D
the race started about 9? the first one was sudoku. which i totally had a mental block. and ya, we were the last group to leave the school. and so we left school about 930. ran out of school, all the way to khatib camp there, and down. there is like hydroponics village, where there'll a number of clues.
okay, then we walked down somemore to the bottle tree park and then went opposite to take a bus. took 855 from yishun stadium and alighted at the reservoir there. and then ran into the trail there, for the boardwalk trail.
walk walk walk. and ya, its quite nice. okay, then all the way, until the games part. ah, was to use the compass and bearings to find somethings lah, so ya. it was like taking us sometime cause we dont seem to be able to get anything really right with the first time.
had lunch. beehoon with egg. (PS: sarahHOON, its not you! ;D)
then weiliang went to get sprite from the petrol kiosk. and he got a slashing down by the rest of us. walked to upper thomson road and we saw monkeys on the way, OMG, SO CUTE LAH. and then ya, its all the way walking.
so we had to turn in at upper thomson road into this other road. which is like, super ulu one, and then only one lane kind, and its WOW. it was about 5 - 8 minutes walk to the guard house. and up the guard house it was like slope kind of road, rocky ones. have to go all the way up, if i'm not wrong the thing stated 1500 m? i dont know.
okay, then we got up there. went to play the rocky road game. i paired up with weiliang and then its like, super LOL. cause he got blindfolded and i cant talk, our legs are tied together. pohsin and zhengxiang were in front of us, quite ahead. but we managed to finish the thing with some cheating lah, hahahah.
okay, after that we had to walk back downhill to the guardhouse and out of the ulu road, and turn into the another side straight after upper thomson road. our next station was thomson plaza next. also, we went past this petrol kiosk again, and went to buy drink again. this time, 100 plus. :D
walked all the way to thomson plaza. cant remember how long we took. okay. went there and started our game for that. got stuck quite a bit. but managed to move on quite soon.
walked to, er, i dont know where. oh yes, walk straight and one road marshal give us the clue and the small map and we went forward. but at the same time, we went to get drinks again, this time, H-TWO-O. (and my conclusion is that still 100 plus is the best)
walked and walked. very long later, we got back to the place where we did prawn prawning for the ctg outing that time. at sin min area. walked to bishan park.
that station at bishan park was rather fun, cause its like taking photos and ahahha, ya fun.
next station was ang mo kio park, which i told its disastrous. haha. its like, one pair have to run up and down the whole flight of stairs once then the team can start doing the jigsaw puzzle. and we have 3 to complete! okay, we finished it. but by then we were the last again. so we didnt really chiong as much la.
headed to yck mrt, and then to aj.
had debrief and all.
our team came in last, but you know what? out of the more than 13 groups, we got the 5th prize! :D
and then i went home to bath and come out again.
met steph on the train and went town to meet them together. we intended to go k box, but it was super expensive. so we went party world instead. and i like what we sang together today! :D magu even took video of me and steph singing, and it was damn funny. LOL.
